Question from Mainsheet on behalf of Catalina 445's

Postby lorell on Wed Feb 10, 2010 3:29 pm

Hello all -
Jim Holder, Editor of Mainsheet magazine, recieved an inquiry from an owner of a new 445, asking how they can form an Association and get space in Mainsheet. Jim passed along the email to me, to see whether our 440 Association would be interested in teaming up with (absorbing) the 445's. There are currently about 30 hulls on the water/in production for sale.

So...
All comments appreciated. What do yu think about this idea?

Ciao!

I'm not interested at this time and don't want the extra work as I am wanting to go cruising myself and have resigned as the secty/treas of the 440 association, even though I am still paying the mainsheet bills for the current issue due out shortly.

Thanks,
Bill Underwood
